More pictures from our recent vacation

Good Morning Denver
Walking to Susu's house for breakfast... we could not wait to see her!

Susu was so happy to see Little Man!

Finally Together

Yum Yum...French Toast
Little Man watched Susu cook breakfast for everyone. He is already learning from the BEST! :-)

Mama's Happy Boy
His daddy was exhausted, but you sure can't tell from that big smile he is wearing. He was so happy to see him mom and have his little boy around her. Little Man couldn't hide is sleepy eyes. He made it through breakfast with the family, but then he was out for a nice long nap.

Do you think they were happy to see each other or what? :-)
We couldn't find one thing when we were packing...a hat. Susu came to the recue and let her sweet boy borrow one. Don't they all look so cute?

Little Man is #1. I am clearly lagging. He never misses a beat.

When our return flight canceled, we headed back to Susu's house in Denver. The mountain pass closed as Susu and Little Man's aunt started over; therefore, we were stuck in the city of Denver by ourselves. Little Man needed formula so his daddy bundled him up and walked to the grocery store. He was snug as a bug in a rug in his little stroller.

THIS IS SAFE! Little Man wasn't in the stroller. lol. His daddy did a great job of making sure we loaded him up on the part of the sidewalk that wasn't icy. He always takes all the necessary precautions, plus more!

making sure Little Man was all locked in tight...

All ready for a snowy walk to the grocery.... I had to snap a picture outside of Sue Sue's house. Her home is beautiful. It is conveniently located within walking distance to the grocery, coffee, and other great stores. It would be awesome if we were able to walk to places like Susu can. We would be much healthier. We relaxed, enjoyed each other's company, and admired the beautiful snow as we strolled through the city.

He was telling me to watch out for the ice. He is always watching out for me. I was multi tasking by taking pictures, gazing off at houses, and basically paying no attention to the ice, sidewalk, or people and dogs that kept trying to dodge me.

The snowy view of Susu's street

You can barely see Little Man. I was worried he would be cold. His dad made sure he was extremely warm. I wanted to ride in his place. It looked so cozy.

He is a lucky boy to have a dad that takes such great care of him. Look at how warm that sweet baby is in the middle of the snow.

We also had a mini photo shoot on our way to the grocery! YAY! You know how cheesy I am. I LOVED it! You know who didn't love it quite as much. haha.

Love him

Just checking on his boy. Wouldn't you love to see snow like this each day? I would love it!

View of Marion Street
Little Man's aunts live on this pretty street.

Convenience at its finest
I am still amazed at how close King Super is to Susu's house. We walked to King Super and back home in less than 20 minutes. I didn't even get cold. The cold weather out west is very different from the cold in the south.

We stored our groceries in the bottom of our stroller. Love, love, love Denver! It's such a GREEN city! Just ignore the fact that our bags are plastic. Since we don't live in Denver, we obviously don't have the cloth totes that most people have.

Back home again at Susu's
He's such a happy and proud dad. Great family. Great son. Great life.

This is just precious...so hard to say goodbye
Little Man sat with Susu as his daddy loaded the car. He was exhausted from all the fun. He sure does miss Susu. He can't wait till she visits him on his BIRTHDAY!!!!! ;-)

The A-Team departing Colorado - February 7th, 2010
Leaving Colorado was hard for many reasons. The mhurt me to see how much Little Man's dad missed his family. He was quite all the way through the airport, unlike his normal self. I asked him if he was okay and he said he just wished he had more time.

He is the perfect child
He slept the entire flight from ATL to DENVER. He never cried once. He slept 1/2 the flight from DENVER to ATL and took a bottle on the decent into ATL. He never cried. He made our lives in the airports a breeze. Traveling with a 9 month old couldn't have been easier.

Little Man and his daddy back in ATL
They had to wait for someone to bring up the stroller. It is great that they allow you to stroll a child right up to the airplane.
